Gamedev is weird... I've gone from, "how the hell do I do this thing?" to, "there are 100 ways to do this thing! How do I know which way is best?!"

I guess that's a good place to be, but for some reason, as the mysteries of

@ward That’s a good level. In my experience the solution 1/100 is good enough most of the time if it works. 2/100 is usually better, and sometimes worth doing. But if you ever reimplement something more than that, you’re overpolishing/overengineering things, and might actually end up with a worse solution than number 1 or 2 would have been.
