Weissmann: This is the kind of thing DOJ alerts court to w respect to any defendant out on bail (in this case, in 3 criminal cases, also is a threat in civil cases like E Jean Carroll). Not addressing this will only cause it to metastasize w undue deadly risks.

2/2 Joyce Vance: Free speech is 1 thing, but this is over the line. As a prosecutor, I'd be sorely tempted to make a motion to revoke Trump's pre-trial bond & put him in custody. Let him explain it to the judge.

@GottaLaff even as a Free Speech Bro ™️ i'd have to say that this sounds actionable to me. you can't just threaten people, especially in an active court case, and especially especially when you're actively running for the most powerful office in the world where you'll have the opportunity to follow through!
