Man… I’m not gonna be too hard on myself b/c I was out of town at a work thing… but social eating is super dangerous for me.

I’ve been on a journey to try burn some fat for health concerns (family health history and what not) and was down about 25 pounds in ~100 days. But at this work conference was all buffet style social eating for 3 days… which made counting calories impossible so I just had to guesstimate. I gained back a few pounds which sucks but I also knew to expect it.
