Perfect.
@davew "Which is one more than I already have with the bank."
@davew He’s just using his right to free speech along with a Second Amendment Solution to coax the teller into giving him money. I see nothing wrong here.
@davew He should have a white unordely hairdo wig and white mask ;)
@davew Nothing wrong here, just exercising his first amendment rights
@davew Has something happened in an English-speaking country that uses dollars as currency?
I don't understand the joke and why it is trending.
@Stefan_S_from_H @davew it's a reference to Trump's indictments. Georgia election tampering and federal charge of attempting to overturn the 2020 election. There's a recorded phone call between GA Sec of State and Trump where he explicitly asks to find 11,780 votes, and right wing echo chamber claiming that the Federal indictment is infringement of 1st amendment rights to lie about 2020 election being stolen ignoring the 7 state conspiracy of fake electors as stated in the indictment.
@Stefan_S_from_H @davew a google search of:
I just need 11780
returns relevant info on each hit in the first page.
@Stefan_S_from_H @davew It may be a little "inside baseball" for non-USA ppl but it's not all that obscure.
@dkbgeek @davew If you know that the number in the picture has any relevance to anything.
@Stefan_S_from_H @davew Intuition in search formulation is a valuable skill, but brute-force methods can also be of service.

@dkbgeek @davew OK, maybe.

Dave Winer blocked me for my question.

@Stefan_S_from_H @davew I wasn't being flippant in my response, btw, and I think someone blocking you about your question is ridiculous. I try to hit news sources outside the US bubble to be less of the insular American, and I often need to search around to figure out what's meant by references that seem arcane to me but are natural to people living in the context from which the reference was made.
@Stefan_S_from_H @davew I do actually think having access to dozens of mentions in a search result and being able to select one from a source with which you're familiar or which may relate the reference to some cultural reference closer to your experience is likely more useful to you than me saying "It's about Trump crimes", because outside of some very techy things or vintage cars I'm not that great an educator.

@davew

Omg!!!🙌🤣🤣

Jamie

@davew I’m good with this, banks are among those who’ve been robbing the working class for decades.
@davew ‘Or I could have you put in federal prison, you know that, right?’ Let’s be complete about the threat.
@davew “There’s nothing wrong with saying that you’ve recalculated my account balance.”
@davew
That's a weirdly specific number. 🤔

@davew

Oh yes, so perfect 😂🤣😅

@davew Americans always forget about the 0th amendment: simply shout “NOT A CRIME” before, during, and after committing one, and you cannot be found guilty.
