I do not just mean in the Trump election case. I mean in countless attempts in states and counties across the country where officials try to rob citizens of their rights.
Steven Molnar@jeffjarvis I think you will find that this usually happens in states where the attorney general is a member of a well-known criminal political party that is behind the vote obstruction. That leaves it up to the DOJ, which is both overstretched and also crawling with members of the criminal party.
Tracy HallBecause the charges are *not* against the intent to suppress the vote, but against the illegal means used to attempt to accomplish it.
The state levels use old-fashioned money and influence to control the vote. The result is heinous, but the means are mundane.
Jason ONI keep expecting to hear about these as well. Trump and his co-conspirators may have orchestrated the big lie and coup attempt, but others carried out the plans.
