subscription issue from other instances

subscription issue from other instances - Lemmy.world

I cannot subscribe to some communities on external lemmy instances (not lemmy.world). On the page with subscription list [https://lemmy.world/communities?listingType=Subscribed&page=1] most of lemmy.ml [http://lemmy.ml] communities are “subscribe pending” (but a few are subscribed correctly). Also one community from lemmy.one is pending. Should I try to resubscribe to them? Or just give them some time?

FWIW, sometimes I can fix this by just unsubbing and resubbing. I think it only really happens to me with lemmy.ml, and from my understanding their servers are held together with duct tape and prayers so that’s probably why.

I have “subscribe pending” on a bunch of subs (such as this one) but they still show up in my feed. It’s just a visual bug.

For me it’s the other way around, subscriptions work well, except subscribing to communities on lemmy.world often results in it pending. And retrying doesn’t help either.
