Man I went to sleep at two and just woke up need to sleep again any advice.
@Alexis_Rex fixing an unsynchronised sleep pattern is tough. I tend to just stay awake until the next normal bedtime lol.
@Alexis_Rex though I do sometimes use melatonin and doxylamine to help fix my sleep schedule. Shouldn't do that too often though.
@Alexis_Rex melatonin is a neurotransmitter/hormone that's released by the pineal gland that helps regulate sleep. Taking it as a supplement may help with correcting sleep cycle disturbances. Doxylamine is a first generation antihistamine that can help induce sleep by blocking excitatory signals from the hypothalamus.
@MatthiasRatten oh xyzal I was wondering why not too often though.
@Alexis_Rex you can end up screwing with your normal hormonal cycles and make your sleep problems worse.
