Having grown-up in the ass-end of car-dependent nowhere and mostly getting shit from meatspace for the length of my youth, I have a really hard time understanding how anyone can reasonably consider the Wired in any way worse than meatspace.

The only good part of meatspace I meaningfully experienced is books, or in other words analog escapism.
