Lynx Launcher. It’s a little quirky but it’s a decent launcher. It isn’t Gnome though sadly.

Thanks! It’s called Paperland! I love it. The animations are cute and thoughtful and it’s always exciting when it updates for a holiday haha. Santa throws presents out of his sled, rabbits distribute Easter eggs, fourth of July and New years fireworks, Christmas tree lights that twinkle, all kinds of things. And it’s very customizable! I have realistic moon phases and gradual sunrise/set. It updates with the weather too but that’s less noticable imo.

The dev stopped regularly updating it a while ago which is unfortunate but I’ve installed it on two or three phones since then and it still works without any problems.

Well… Like you said, Paperland has been abandoned and I can’t install the pro version because my version of Android is unsupported. But, I’m using Lynx launcher with an animated GIF wallpaper now. It’s awesome.
