Almost! Itā€™s in the central train station of the Dutch city Den Haag.

You can see the text ā€œDen Haag Centraalā€ in the back, I recognise that font and styling as what the Dutch railways company uses.

Yeah so much was obvious, but the building that has the text ā€œDen Haag Centraalā€ is the actual station. This picture is taken from the building opposite, which appears to contain several different things, so itā€™s not, like I thought, a ministry building.
