I would guess so, but a lot of people say it is a Israeli managed ship. So what is actually correct?
Loukas (They/Them) 🏳️⚧️@AndersGottlieb @VikingChieftain @auonsson the fact that the ownership and management of ships is so opaque adds weight to what @anderspuck said in his video - that to maintain a proper blockade you need to be able to actually inspect ships, not just sink them. Otherwise Russia could suddenly find itself in serious trouble with China or Israel or Turkey.

Especially ownership can be very hard to find out. That was discovered after the Scandinavian Star accident/crime.

While the true de facto ownership likely is more complicated (shell companies and so on) according to IMO it is managed by a Turkish entity.

It is very hard in many cases to determineret ownership, management etc of vessels. A ship that should be very easy was the infamous Ever Given:
Flag state: panama
Owner: Japanese company
Chartered to: Evergreen (Taiwanese company)
Operator: Evergreen
Technical mabegemen: German Company
Here is no shell companies involved but before we get to the crew, there are 4 countries involved.
