(1) Once again, dark money-funded incessant whiner State Representative Andrew Fink is LYING.
The new state budget DOES NOT wipe out the budget surplus. It puts most of it into reserve funds so that people like HIM can't get his hands on it easily if his party ever makes it back into the majority (which they won't).
(2) Besides, Andrew was one of the ENTIRETY of his party who has been bitching and moaning that our surplus was so huge, demanding that that money go back to the people. Well... now, much of it IS going back to the people in the form of significant investments that will improve the quality of life across the state. So what is he complaining about?
This guy CONSTANTLY tries to lie to us, his constituents. I, for one, won't let him get away with it.
