@jenniferplusplus So there are some voices of sanity here besides the reactive pitchfork wielders who get triggered every time into backing themselves into an ever-shrinking corner. Existence is also always a co-existence and some people seem not to realise. Anyone on Masto (and elsewhere in the Fedi) can block anyone they like. Even whole instances if they want. But campaigns urging "defederation" are just the Twitterisation of the Fediverse. People can make their own choices and we don't help them do that by always corralling them to do what we think they should do.
