@w7voa I think most of US has decent SLAPP protection.

Streisanding themselves out of hate speech might not happen...

@janvenetor @w7voa Unfortunately most of the US does *not* have decent SLAPP protections. But at a glance (IANAL) it looks like DC (where CCDH is based) at least has some robust protections, if not particularly good procedures for getting a suit dismissed.
