I voted "wung it" because I regularly use the "u" form for the past tense.

"I have cluck on the button"

"I drug the window over there"

"I lunk to that page"

(etc)

So:

* I will wing it;

* I am winging it;

* I (have) wung it.

(All very silly. But fun)
