(I say this because according to Cunningham's Law the best way to get the right answer on the internet is to give a wrong answer.)

I voted "wung it" because I regularly use the "u" form for the past tense.
"I have cluck on the button"
"I drug the window over there"
"I lunk to that page"
(etc)
So:
* I will wing it;
* I am winging it;
* I (have) wung it.
(All very silly. But fun)
