It ramps up further and further into this glorious manic craziness, as the villain and hero escalate their fight into ever greater spirals of chaos.

That means magic, swordplay, and giant capitalist robots. Can’t believe they got away with the Ford logo here

What I love is how the creative team pay attention to the “little people” caught up in this and never forget them. They understand that even a grandiose galactic war has a civilian cost, and they include domestic and social consequences.
