So, the
#rationThe breakfast wasn't too bad! Very sugary. Apparently they went back to peanut butter, which I was disappointed about. We had the veggie crackers and they weren't half bad. It would've been better if the crackers had been rice flour instead of wheat, since even the oatmeal cookie had wheat in it. I guess they're optimizing for protein in this batch. Oh, and the toaster pastry is quite literally an unfrosted Pop-Tart pack. 🙄
It was all...very American somehow. The breakfast was very focused on maximizing for sugar and carbs. Lunch and dinner have more in the way of protein and fiber; we haven't had those yet. It was all fine, good even, but that's by my American sensibilities that grew up on that diet. I can't really imagine this being adequate to anyone else's sensibilities. Needs more pickled foods or something imo, moar salt
