@blondetrouble "Hey, I'm an understanding guy."
He just laughs as he grabs her cup of coffee from the coffee maker.
"Pretty wild what I did instead though. We were crazy kids, weren't we?"
@RedRobinYum she nodded , eyes eyeing the coffee in Tim's hands . she still didn't drink her daily coffee
" yeah . . . I meant for some kids we went thru way too much . . . stuff that would mess up even an adult . . . vigilantism . . . deaths of people close to us, torture . . . in my case fighting and quite literally attempting murdering my father. . . pregnancy and giving birth . . . oh gosh we are more messed up than I thought. we are dressing as birds fighting people "
@blondetrouble "Steph, we also live in a house of people just like us. Misfits, outcasts, orphans..."
His smile brightened towards her.
"This is what makes what we've been through worth it."

@blondetrouble "Because you're one of us. What made you ever think that you weren't apart of the family? Cass is like your biggest fan and lights up around you. Alfred loves making you Waffles. Dick and Jason are like the best big brothers ever. You mean the world to us, Stephanie."
@RedRobinYum " that's very sweet and I feel the same way towards them . . . but have you noticed how you didn't mention the big bad bat ? him and I can barely see each other eye to eye . the most concern he has shown me or care was on my ' death ' bed but that maybe was just for him . . .because he would feel that he'd have another kid's blood on his hands , again "
@blondetrouble "I'll talk to him. His kids want you in their lives. /I/ want you in /my/ life. I don't care what he says or thinks. I don't always agree with him."
@RedRobinYum " don't Tim . . . it's alright , not everyone can get along , we are two people with strong personalities that are completely opposite and clash . It's normal . I just know if I'd call in need for help he'd be there so that's all I need .

He holds up his pinkie to her.
"Promise me no matter what happens you won't let go."

" I believe it can't get harder than it already did for us so yes I promise . Only if you promise that no matter what , if anything was to happen to me EVER , you'd not be like God knows who and go mad over it because that's the last thing this family needs. you will just move on , live your life and that's that "
@blondetrouble Tim just stared at her for a long, drawn out moment.
"Fine. Unless we have another bleach in the coffee moment. That's a whole other story and I won't let that happen either. You mean the world to me. Always have."
@RedRobinYum " Hey ! it was an accident! let's move on !" she chuckled
@blondetrouble He held on to her whole hand and gave her a look.
"I've had bleach in the coffee moments, you know this. I see you and I'm here."
@RedRobinYum her other hand moved to cover Tim's

@blondetrouble Tim was just caught off guard by this... However no matter if they were apart he'd always want to kiss her. So he did. He leaned over without another word and pressed a kiss to her lips.
@RedRobinYum when his lips pressed against her's , Stephanie's hand moved to rest on his cheek , thumb gently caressing the skin as she returned the kiss , gentle and soft .
" oh - I missed this . . . "
@blondetrouble Tim's cheeks flared up at her words and when their lips parted his continued smile was starting to hurt from not having smiled like this in ages.
"I've missed you, Steph."
@RedRobinYum her heart slightly clenched in her chest a sad ,little smile present on her face
" I missed you too as well . . . somehow I miss you even if you're next to me "
@blondetrouble His forehead came to rest against her head with a warm smile.
"You don't have to miss me anymore."
@RedRobinYum her eyes closed , forehead against forehead followed by a small exhale
" I hope so . . . there's nothing worse than missing someone who's next to you "
@blondetrouble He'd press their lips together for a warm kiss and a gentle embrace. The kiss lingered for a few seconds.
"Stay tonight, please?"
@RedRobinYum the blonde returned the kiss , breathing slowly through her nose as her hands rested around the boy's neck . after pulling away , his next sentence took her by surprise .
" what ? you want me to stay ?"
@blondetrouble "Yes! We don't have to do anything you don't want to, I just miss you so much and want you around."
His arms remained around her waist as he smiles at her.
"Just for tonight?"
@RedRobinYum Stephanie let out another chuckle , smiling from ear to ear as she nodded .
"only if you give me ice-cream"
@blondetrouble "Steph, I would get you the world if I could. For now, ice cream is in the freezer."
@RedRobinYum " Ice cream is my world so you succeeded"
@blondetrouble "I thought Waffles were your world?"
He chuckles softly and shakes his head.
"Just lemme..."
He hops off the table and walks over to open the fridge."

@RedRobinYum " actually it's waffles , ice cream and mashed potatoes as for the ice cream do you have mint with chocolate chip?"
@blondetrouble "Mashed potatoes specifically? When every kind of potato is amazing??"
He opens the freezer and reaches in for the mint chocolate chip ice cream before handing it to her.
"Enjoy!"
@RedRobinYum " that's true but there's something about mashed potatoes I cannot explain . . . it's a comfort food "
she gladly accepted the ice cream , giving Tim a smile as she took a spoon and began digging in
" mhmm so good thank you !" she mumbled
@blondetrouble "Maybe Alfred just makes the best mashed potatoes of all time."
@RedRobinYum " I don't think I ever ate mashed potatoes made by him . . . that's a crime "
@blondetrouble "I mean Mashed Potatoes are super easy to make if I'm being honest..."

@blondetrouble "So salt, pepper, Garlic and Herbs? Maybe some parmeasan if you're feeling cheesy."
