It’s quite something how Twitter has been constantly tinkered with since musk took over, and instead of making any tangible improvements, it’s actually just created more mess.

We have a nice word in German for that. “Verschlimmbessern”.

Schlimm = very bad Bessern = to (get/make) better

It’s like in this case, when you try to improve something and it just makes much, much worse.
