That is real hard to read. Does it say
"A unica coisa que fecha mais rapido
Que nossos caixóes sáo as far.

If you can't grow your own humanity, synthetic is fine?"

Is that Brazillian Portugese? I know just enough Spanish that seeing Portugese always really confuses me.

Google says it translates to "The only things that close faster than our coffins are far." But I'm guessing that's actually not the last word.
