Or, like @delroth suggested, you can simply toggle for which of the languages you want to be subscribed to on my account.

Click on the ··· icon next to the "Subscribe" button, and click on "Change subscribed languages".
(Beware, it doesn't filter my boosts.)
@Signez FWIW Mastodon allows specifying in which language a given post is written, and there's a "Changed subscribed languages" option for each account your follow to only receive posts in certain languages from a user.
I have memories of it being broken / not behaving as expected from a few months ago, but maybe it got fixed since...
