Dr Zoë HydeIt’s sad how people have been led to believe that getting COVID-19 - repeatedly - is inevitable. I recently told some colleagues that I’d never had COVID-19 and they were amazed. So we had a chat about how effective a N95 mask can be, and one of them bought some 3M Auras to wear. 😷💪
jocanibPlease don't do this. My partner is an essential worker, masking (N95s/99s) since the beginning of March 2020 and still is. I WFH and did not step foot under another roof for 2.5 years, still masking when out and about.
We've had covid at least five times and it is not our fucking fault. This smug bullshit is so damaging and classist and please, just fucking stop.
Masks are important but pointing the finger at individuals while polishing your halo does not cut it.
