Taylor LorenzTwitter was able to change the logo of their iOS app but not the name, since Apple requires app names to be at least 2 characters.
They’re also still referring to the app as Twitter in the update notes (via

mesakeith@taylorlorenz @sferik Android. I only use a TWA and it still doesn't change lol. It's a bit funny because before, the browser keeps telling me "the icon was changed/updated" (for security reasons or something) but since this x thing, it never appeared again
