Trisha Lynn 🇵🇭 🇺🇸 🇨🇦@Texan_Reverend @Kathleen_LRR Your service as a mod is underrated. My spouse/Masto admin and I were talking about how much more work you have to do now that the server's got the official LRR-stamp of approval, and he does not envy you.
@trishalynn @Kathleen_LRR I'm quite fortunate that the LRR community already has a solid sense of what's acceptable. So, my moderation work primarily consists of dealing with outside accounts and servers.
Then, the admin stuff is mostly answering questions, sharing useful info, and trying to DM as many new folks as possible when they first post in order to welcome them and direct them to some new user resources.
It's certainly gotten busier, but I'm glad so many are finding a better experience.
