According to the article the pre-Musk policy says:
'in a “limited number of situations, where we haven’t identified any malicious intent,” the content will be removed and the user will be temporarily locked out of their account'
Less to see here than the excitable are saying. Yes, Musk helps qanon etc thrive. No this isn't a big policy breach.
