PobegaUsing modern you can get a spinning bird kick extension off of a cr.LK starter. Since A+LA is st.LK you can hold charge while doing the link, giving you +33 and a hard knockdown versus medium lightning legs which leaves them standing and you at +3.
Note that this may be possible in classic (using 2, 5LK xx 8LK) but would be extremely hard for a minimal advantage.
On modern this is completely viable to go for basically every time.
