I don't know what KOSA stands for. I'm not feeling up to doing research today.
@evangreer Not a lawyer or anything, but I just got around to reading the actual text of KOSA. It is undoubtedly in many respects a bad, speech stifling bill, but as presently written, it does not apply to "an organization not organized to carry on business for its own profit or that of its members". I don't think Archive of Our Own or for that matter Mastodon would be covered by the law.
