@baekdal that’s interesting that the most stressful moments come in meetings 2 and 3. It’s as if you either get used to it or stop caring at a certain point

Or could it mean that most people don’t get warmed up until they’ve had the opportunity to face a challenge for a while?

BTW, this isn’t to say that we should all embrace stress, but we know from sports psychology that the right amount of stress can bring out the best performances in some people.

Most of us have too much stress so without more context, this chart could actually be saying the right amount of pressure for most of us is less than we think it is.

@sysop408 I don't know. I don't think it's people just getting used to stress.
@sysop408 @baekdal it seems fairly intuitive that in the middle of the day it feels like Meeting Hell will never end, but when you're in the last meeting of the day, the end is in sight. Hope is the great stress reducer there.
