#Kentucky has established a working group to identify the barriers in place to the deployment of #nuclear power generation resources and other related technologies in the Commonwealth.

Barriers to be address include but are not limited to:

regulatory
statutory
financial
social
environmental
workforce
educational

New Coal just doesn't seem to me to be a winning campaign strategy in the 21st century, but just looking at Kentucky's two senators should indicate to anyone that they aren't enough rational voters here.
