@victor you should consider a second opinion. Plenty case law supporting you as not being responsible. Especially if you take reasonable steps to prevent . Think about the big commercial social firms. They are not getting sued. People have tried and failed.

Also, your t&C's should be written to exclude you from liability

@unicorn @[email protected] The thing is if you’re not wealthy then your liability calculation isn’t am I actually obeying the letter and spirit of the law but rather is there a significant chance I might have to prove that in court and if the answer is yes you can’t go near it because you don’t have the money to go to court even if you win in the end. That’s why the justice system cannot be fair in a money-based society. I could tell you true example horror stories for days.
