⚡️ IPOA is investigating the death of a suspect in a police cell in Vihiga County. The suspect, Sosness Indimuli, was found dead after being treated and discharged from Vihiga County Referral Hospital. There are suspicions that he was not taken to the hospital as required. IPOA is looking into the incident and will make recommendations to the Director of Public Prosecution.
