Flying SquidVery true, but she was also a religious nut. I’m glad she did what she did, even though almost no one understood the protest at the time, but she was her own brand of crazy Catholic.
scarabicJust being religious isn’t enough to turn me against someone. Mind you I hate modern Christianity with a passion, but mainly because it is so hypocritical and oppressive. If Christians were actually Christ-like, the way they’re supposed to be (and some actually are, like Jimmy Carter) then I’d have no problem with them.
