Cats (generally) don't devour their own kittens. I think they'd sniff you, recognize you, and at that point it depends on the kind of relationship you had when you were bigger.
Idk. I think one of my cats would absolutely eat/play to death with small me. She loves me, and constantly seeks my attention (very loudly I might add) but the “o.0 small moving thing to catch” aka prey drive might fully take over.
The other one would probably be very confused and just flop on the floor for pets.
