@EmmaKennedy right. I mean, who cares? The actual general level of service provided by banks and their few remaining branches is a much bigger issue affecting far more people and there’s nary a squeak. I queued in one high street bank yesterday for a total of 45 minutes and what happened to other ‘customers’ in that time was eye opening. My own experience was also rubbish. Late state capitalism doesn’t care about you because the big companies know their competitors are equally crap.
