I recommend you use megalodon (only android) It's nice and has better features than mastodon official app

for iOS I use toot
but someone also recommend ice cubes

also for someone who like twitter interface you can use tusky (android) but I feel like it's not notification good so it's up to your options

For megalodon you can customize your appearance
