Germany has a huge demand for experienced IT professionals of all shapes and kinds. Many teams are international already, speaking English. You can also get by with English in everyday life, especially in places like Berlin. Once a company wants you, visa theoretically shouldn't be a problem, though Germany isn't exactly known for lean bureaucracy. Work/life balance is a topic, often 30 vacation days/year. There are legal obstacles laying people off after initial 6 months.

@dj3ei @edboythinks I am in Germany for IT Security and honestly it is great, like he mentioned the bureaucracy is kind of insane though. I am still waiting for my residence card and its been months. 😩
