Quenby@kimlockhartga it's wild to me that it's illegal for me to put really hot sauce on my lunch to make it unappetizing to a lunch thief because it's "a booby trap" but it's totally fine to put razor wire in a river that humans are known to traverse.

@book yes. They put it in the Rio Grande to deter deperate migrants. It's so horrible. It's beyond me, that anyone thought that was a good idea.
