It took a lot of pain to get to this point. My worst fear is that it will be met with a wave of hatred or silence.
Steam's algorithm due to the nature of this game will likely work against it being seen.

@skye The game is blocked in germany.
the reason why is that germany has stronger protections to keep adult content away from minors. Rather than comply with german law, steam blocked the whole country.
