It was first shared by an account called Ron DeSantis Fancams. A Ron DeSantis staffer retweeted it. Now, Ron DeSantis has some of his staffers create videos purely for his own ego. No sign if this was made in house or by a fan.

@flexghost @tracingcovid I would say that odds are that someone from a 4chan made it as a fan. I have a hard time believing that DeSantis actually paid for someone to make this as there's enough crazy people who do this kind of thing for kicks.
