The only Bahama Sun store I've ever been in is the one I am currently in, which is pitch black and in an abandoned mall during a thunderstorm that is making noises all around me that I can only characterize as deeply unsettling. I feel like this one visit is probably enough for me.
Sad thing is I'm by myself so there's no one to see me put my hands on my hips and frown at the empty racks as I declare "they don't have anything in my size!"
Pac Sun is nearly pitch black and still has creepy faceless mannequins loitering around the register, my day is getting better and better
For those of you that think I'm joking
@AbandonedAmerica Yeeeeah this is a lil UNSETTLING.
@KariDru isn't it great?? I live for unsettling
@AbandonedAmerica Oh, yes. What's the point of anything if you don't stumble into some kind of liminal quiet horror dimension from time to time?
@KariDru honestly, friend, that's where I feel the most at home
@AbandonedAmerica TBH I'm always anxious. I might as well have a reason.
@KariDru you pretty much hit the nail on the head
@KariDru like, if I've got to live in a world of unending horrors they might as well be ones that are tangible and that I can see. It's a bit of a relief actually (note this applies mostly only to haunting or creepy things, real world gore is not for me, hate to admit it but I'm squeamish AF)
@AbandonedAmerica And ones you can do something about. If it gets to be too much, you can leave the creepy mall.
@KariDru yes exactly. You get it.
@AbandonedAmerica I do. The world is effin scary but I'm not qite willing to hit da bricks as the skeleton says.
