I’m really new to building PCS but my fans are loud as hell

Are these fans good good or are they just break the bank good

They are very good, but there are also a bunch of different models that are very similar but are not the same.

This ranges from ones that have different speeds and thus different noise levels all the way to fans that are designed for airflow(ex: normal case fans) and ones that are designed for air pressure(ex: blowing through a radiator). And they can be noticably different if used for the wrong thing.
