OcelotAnd yet theres never any construction crew there working. A conspiracy theory I have is thats how they store traffic cones when not in use. Just shut down 1-2 lanes of a freeway for several miles.
JamieMy county started doing work on a section of high traffic road one summer a few years ago. They ran out of money to fund work on it, so it legit just stayed that way for like 2 years.
They had no problem finding $3m to build a whole new high school gym at the same time though.
