I increasingly believe that there's people who can't interact with any technology beyond a physical number pad, a button, or a dial. E.g. tv, landline, microwave. They are mostly seniors.
This wouldn't be a problem if the world wasn't trying to leave them behind, sadly.

@AliZe_1998 How many seniors do you know? Yes, Some struggle with new technology, but there are 80-year-olds who love texting on their mobile phones. Seniors are a broad and diverse group.

Yes of course. It's all anecdotal stemming from my own experience and not a statistical claim. If I wanted to be more specific, I should've written "have an unwillingness to learn to interact with" and not "unable"

Also, I wrote that there's a group of people that includes seniors, and didn't make a generalization about every senior
