Is this serious or is it some sort of joke system?

For context, when it comes to lesbian and queer romance, the ‘sex’ part of sexuality is pretty minimal compared to everything else. Not to say we don’t enjoy sex, but IIRC there’s very little in the way of actual sexual content in the rulebook. Au contraire, everything is heavily drenched in mutual consent and positive experiences
