federation with kbin still extremely flaky? - SDF Chatter

is anyone else having federation issues for kbin ‘magazines’? I’ve been subscribed to m/mma for a month and posts/comments do not come over to lemmy in a timely manner (or at all in some cases) I’m not sure if the issue is on the lemmy side or the kbin side so I don’t even know where to check or submit an issue
