So an instance called detroitriotcity dot com is a hub for hate speech. Every now and then instances like this break through. Eventually, most of masto instances will block defederate from them so they become isolated. But in the mean time. Report them to your instance and block individuals but also mute the server.

Also hugs to anyone targeted it's absolutely vile and they are disgusting people

@Mollysdailykiss I have blocked individuals but how do you mute a server? Sorry I can’t find it.

@Focusedandfilthy when you find someone on that server go to block them and there is an option to mute that server.

In the image you can see mine says.. unmute because I already did it.

If you can't find who you blocked if you type that server into the search you get other accounts on it like this one (who is the admin for that server) who I now blocked but then you can mute the server too
