There's some Swedish docu on about #RogerAkelius, who from ~80s on was a 'super capitalist'. When learning he/his "I want it to go on at least 200 yrs" company have some 1000 flats in Copenhagen alone, 3000 in NYC or Toronto etc. in other cities + renovation =rent doubling, it became clear why he's hated.

And despite "The workers response when we ONE Xmas gave each 100k SEK brought tears to my eyes" + some charity the past yrs, he's still a now Bahamian POS in need of having it taken from him.

When asked about how he feels about the fact that they could offer people earning less okay housing as well instead of merely providing the rich places, current CEO (?) Pål says he feels as little guilt about that as Mercedes feels about poor people being unable to afford their cars.

So by all means, destroy the whole shit.

His own family left Akelius, living alone in a French chateau already back whenever, but still not getting what a shit he is. "Unable to stop 'working'."
