I admit to zero familiarity with Project Bedrock, but if it doesn't include some sort of customer support rating in its rubric, it's going to be useless.

What I learned from my awful experience(s): if you pay for domain registration from Bluehost but don't buy hosting through them, they might just randomly delete your DNS settings without alerting you because you haven't "assigned" the domain to another Bluehost property. They have terrible security; I've had several domains blacklisted because of them over the years. Their customer service is a joke. Nobody should be recommending this host (or any host affiliated with EIG/now Clearlake Capital).
