Clearing the loft i discovered my #amiga 1200 that hasn't been powered up since before I moved house.
It ended up in a state of limbo due to a dispute with a supplier of accelerator cards.
I had bought a Phase5 Blizzard 603e and was happy. I then bought the BlizzardVision PPC graphics card to accompany it and that was where things started to go wrong , it just wouldn't work. I sent it back and the supplier said it worked on their testbench and that if I sent back the 603e they would test .....
... them together. Reluctantly I agreed and sent it back , leaving my a1200 virtually unusable. Weeks passed , I heard nothing and upon investigation it seems the supplier had sent the lot back to Phase5 who promptly went bust.
I wonder now , if what remains of my a1200 , in it's tower case that I bought mail order from some place in Bedfordshire , UK has any use to anyone or even any value as spares or as a project rebuild. I may eBay it as such or check specialist forums.

@methchild 😢 would a pistorm solve your problems? I think it will do both acceleration and retargetable graphics?
@methchild it is still worth something. These days it will need some service, capacitors should be replaced and the board investigated for any leakage.
@jope
figured as much. I was thinking that I would rather it be of use to someone than it go to landfill and as long as someone collected it or paid shipping they could essentially have it for very little.
