You could try to reconcile it with all the very obvious signs of significant coke and stimulant abuse amongst the Trump camp.

Alternatively you could learn the fact that Trump was the only one tested for dementia, which we know because he bragged about it, and realize “Sleepy” is being applied to the wrong guy.
